Mrs. Krista Adams Wallace is an innovative educational leader with over 20 years of experience in school administration and experiential learning. As the Founder and former Head of School of Doulos Discovery School in the Dominican Republic, she pioneered a K-12 international model integrating rigorous academics with outdoor education and character formation. Most recently, she served in national leadership roles in the U.S., directing educator development programs that impact over 10,000 students annually.

A strategic and collaborative leader, Mrs. Wallace holds a Master’s degree in International Education from Framingham State University, a Certificate in Educational Leadership from the State University of New York, Buffalo, and a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University. She furthered her professional development through Executive Education in Women’s Leadership at the Yale School of Management. With a career marked by a commitment to Christian principles and global citizenship, she is dedicated to fostering vibrant learning communities where students are encouraged to grow as curious learners, thoughtful leaders, and compassionate individuals.
